ABOUT

Join Alejandro Cancino (former executive chef of Brisbane’s famed restaurant – Urbane) as he takes us on a journey of fresh and colourful plant-based cooking.

Having won multiple awards, Michelin stars and Chef’s Hats, Alejandro built his name in the kitchens of some of the world’s top restaurants but has now taken a step back to pursue his passion for sustainable cooking without the use of animal products.

Together with his wife, Paola, Alejandro owns and runs Fenn Foods, a vegan specialty food producer with a commitment to creating additive-free and healthy foods. Don’t forget to pop over to their food stall to stock up on some nut cheeses and aioli, or get your hands around their epic vEEF burger!
