Children Meditation & Talk – Mindfulness for Teens & Tweens – Attention, Balance, Compassion
This interactive session introduces the basics of mindfulness meditation for children and their families to help navigate the teenage years. It includes simple everyday practices to cultivate “listening within”, developing attention, balance, and compassion- three qualities that help navigate life with more wisdom and connection.
