How to remain Authentic to Yourself & Others
Being Authentic is to be true to one’s own personality, character, value or spirit, which is the only way leading to happiness. If you find yourself feeling fragmented, unhappy, bored, stressed, stuck, or uninspired, it could be a sign that you are not acting authentically. Self-awareness is the cornerstone of authenticity. Methods to increase your self-awareness will be presented in this talk.
